1. Agreement

By using mixmaak.com or getting a Mix Maak product you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the products.

2. Orders and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country, issues your receipt and delivers your download. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Mix Maak never sees or stores your payment card details.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Products marked "pay what you want" let you choose the amount at checkout, including $0 where allowed.

4. Digital delivery

All products are digital and are delivered by email right after your order is completed. If you lose your download, contact us and we'll help you get it again.

5. License and intellectual property

Your use of the products is governed by our license. All copyright and intellectual property rights in the devices, racks, sounds and MIDI files are reserved; you receive a license to use them, not ownership.

6. Refunds

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mix Maak is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the products.
